greenNet Energy Evaluation

Start saving today by getting an energy evaluation of your home or business

The process begins by having an interview with a certified greenNet contractor to identify and evaluate existing problems or concerns you may have about your home's energy use and comfort.

After the interview, the contractor will inspect your home to determine where improvements are needed (heating and cooling equipment, duct systems, lighting and appliances). Your contractor will also inspect your attic, basement, or crawlspace (if you have them), and run diagnostic tests to check the how well the home is sealed and if there are any duct leaks.

Your contractor will review your utility bill to compare them to similar homes in your area to determine how energy is potentially being wasted in your home. After the audit, your greenNet Certified Contractor will prepare a detailed work proposal outlining recommended improvements.

Once you decide which improvements to make, your greenNet Certified Contractor can perform the work needed. When work is completed, your contractor will run a comparison test to show how much of a difference the improvements have made. All work is spot-checked by a Third Party Quality Control program that is certified by the State of California.
